Program Overview

Resilience is the capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge, and adversity. For leaders, this requires stress management tools that allow them to get the most out of higher order thinking resources. When people are able to optimize their cognitive resources, they increase their ability to solve problems with insight, deepen self-regulation, and build social cognition essential for collaborative teamwork and the facilitation of positive change. Not only does stress resilience play a fundamental role in a individual's ability to build trust and maintain high levels of motivation within themselves and others, it is crucial to the overall organizational flexibility and personal effectiveness.

The tools taught in this program are utilized by surgeons, elite athletes, fortune 100 executives, military, and educations systems to build stress resilience and improve performance levels.

This highly interactive, evidenced-based program is based on cutting-edge research from the Institute of HeartMath® and the physiology of stress resilience. It teaches practical tools for strengthening resiliency, improving decision-making, and increasing individual and team productivity.

Enhancing the learning experience

  • Program Assessment (PRE / POST)

    We integrate the use of a “pre/post-assessment” tool to gauge where the learner currently is so that they may be able to identify where they would like to put their focus and/or how to prioritize their individual learning experience.

  • Personal Action Plan

    A personalized action plan will be created at the conclusion of each learning experience which will identify 1-2 actions to be taken prior to the next session; to encourage practical application in real world scenarios.

  • Peer-Partner Accountability

    Program participants will experience weekly opportunities to gain practical experience through observation, reflection or "real-world" interaction where a specific action is implemented and then debriefed with a peer partner.
