Laurie has over 20 years of experience in coaching, training, consulting, and mind/body medicine, and is appreciated for her ability to help people reprogram their thinking and eliminate self-destructive habits that get in the way of unlocking true potential and achieving greatness.
As co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Zero Point Leadership™, Laurie co-developed the NeuroLeader System™ and is co-founder of NeuroLeader University™, the world's first neuroscience-based online university dedicated to expanding personal and leadership greatness through science-based learning. She holds the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation, a certification in brain-based coaching from the NeuroLeadership Group, and is trained in Black Belt of Six Sigma Methodology. Laurie is also a HeartMath® Certified Trainer from the Institute of HeartMath® and a Licensed Professional Counselor.
As the Lead Faculty Area Chair for Social Sciences at the University of Phoenix, she enjoys teaching undergraduate courses in psychology, ethics, and critical thinking. Laurie is also an Adjunct Faculty member with the Office of Personnel Management Center for Leadership Development as well as the Federal Executive Institute, where she teaches government leaders the neuroscience of leadership and the science of resilience. Combining research from neuroscience, quantum physics, heart intelligence, systems thinking, and mindfulness, she helps individuals and organizations experience transformational shifts in the way they think, feel, and show up in the world.
