Developed by the Institute of HeartMath®, the Resilience Advantage™ program for teams & organizations Program is a 1-Day on-site interactive learning experience with a team of our seasoned HeartMath® Certified Trainers and NeuroLeadership Coaches who will teach participants how responses to events, communications or circumstance can deplete or renew individual resiliency thus impacting the collective organizational resilience. Participants will also learn a basic framework of key physiological processes which provides a scientific foundation for the practice and internalization of the self-regulation tools and resiliency-building practices.
